Quiz and Questions for New Members

Doublegram Security can give a quiz and questions to new members before they get into your Telegram group: a quiz with one right answer, or questions they answer in writing. Both come right after the verification check, and only the admins read the answers. Quiz and questions are part of Doublegram Premium.

Quiz or questions?

• 🧩 Quiz: up to 3 questions with answers to pick. Security checks them, and a wrong answer keeps the person out. Good for "What's this group about?" or a check that they read the rules.
• ✍️ Questions: up to 3 questions with a written answer of up to 300 characters. Nobody passes or fails: the admins read the answers. Good for "How did you find this group?"

Create the quiz

The quiz is made in private with the bot, with Telegram's quiz polls, so the right answer never shows in the group.

1. Tap 🧩 Quiz → ➕ Create the quiz in private.
2. In the private chat with Security, send a Telegram quiz: 📎 → Poll → turn on Quiz mode and mark the right answer. One question per quiz.
3. Add up to 3 questions this way, then tap ✅ Done.

The first question turns the quiz on. Create it in that chat: a forwarded quiz doesn't tell Security which answer is right. ✏️ Change the quiz in private lets you add questions or remove one. Only the group's admins can do it.

People joining see the options in a different order every time, and the quiz is checked as soon as they finish it.

Write the questions

1. Tap ✍️ Questions → ✏️ Write the questions.
2. Within 5 minutes, send them in the group, one per line, each under 200 characters.
3. Security answers ✅ Questions saved., deletes your message and turns them on.

New questions replace the old ones, and answers already given stay. People joining are told that only the admins read their answers.

A wrong quiz answer

It counts like a missed verification: the person is removed as set in 🚫 Missed check (retry right away, after 1 hour, after 1 day, or banned), and in groups with join requests the request is declined. The page says Wrong answer and whether they can try again. See Verification time limit.

Read the answers

• 📋 Answers, in 📜 Rules, quiz and questions, opens them in private with the bot: one person at a time, newest first, with ◀️ and ▶️. For someone who joined there are 🚪 Remove and 🔨 Ban.
• In 🚪 Member entry → 🔔 Admin alerts, Answers from new members sends you each person's answers (off by default), and Quiz failed tells you who got it wrong, with their answer and the right one (on).
• /info, from the moderation commands, has an 📋 Answers button for that member.

Answers never appear in the group and are kept for 90 days. In groups where admins decide join requests, they also come on the request card: see Telegram join requests.

Give people enough time

Quiz and questions run within the time to verify. If it's under 3 minutes, the menu warns that slow people get removed before they finish; the default 5 minutes is a safer start. Answers stay saved on the person's phone until they send them, and the page warns them in the last minute. Tap 👁 See the page to try it yourself.

If the group loses Premium, quiz and questions stop showing to people joining, but they're kept.
