What's included in the Free plan?
Free gives you access to every Doublegram bot — Scribe, Doublegram AI, Lookup and Captcha — with base features and limits, and no monthly AI credits.
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Both plans include the same bots. Premium unlocks the premium bot features, monthly AI credits and higher limits on day-to-day actions.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
You can top up on demand from your dashboard, or wait for the monthly reset at the next renewal — no plan change needed.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Going from Free to Premium takes effect immediately. Cancelling Premium takes effect at the next renewal: you keep using it until expiry, then go back to Free. All from Dashboard > Subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then you go back to the Free plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 15 days of purchase and provided that the period's AI credits haven't been consumed. We review each request case by case — write to our support bot and we'll get back to you. Request a refund
