1. Introduction
At Doublegram, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use our website and services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you create an account, subscribe to communications, contact support, participate in feedback forms or make purchases.
This may include contact information, account information, billing information and usage data such as feature usage or AI credit consumption.
We also automatically collect device information, usage data, cookies, log files and error reports when you visit our website.
For security, our servers process the full IP address of every request, whether or not you accept cookies, to limit abusive traffic and block attacks such as denial of service. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security of our network and services (Art. 6(1)(f) and Recital 49 GDPR). These IP addresses are used only for security, never for analytics or profiling.

3. Telegram Integration Data
When you connect Telegram or use Doublegram Telegram tools, we may process Telegram user IDs, usernames, bot interaction data, and channel or group information you authorize us to access.
Message content may be processed for AI or automation features only when the product flow requires it or when you explicitly use those features.
3.1 Job Applications
If you apply through our Careers page, we collect what you send us: your name, email address, the area you would like to work in and the text you write, and, if you choose to add them, your Telegram username, a link to your work and a PDF file (CV or portfolio). We also record the language of the site and your IP address, which is used only to limit abuse of the form. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Applications are read only by Doublegram administrators and are deleted automatically, PDF included, 12 months after they are received. You can ask us to delete yours earlier at [email protected].
The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes information about your device and how you use the page to tell people from bots. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
4. How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide and maintain services, manage accounts, process payments, deliver AI-powered features, analyze usage, improve security and comply with legal obligations.

5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers for payment processing, hosting, email delivery, analytics, monitoring, advertising measurement and customer support.
Main data recipients include:
- Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland)Provider of Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Purpose: measure marketing campaign performance. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland)Payment processing. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Cloudflare, Inc.CDN, DDoS protection and network edge. Legal basis: legitimate interest in service security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- TelegramOnly if you log in via Telegram or interact with our bots. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- AnthropicAI model behind Doublegram AI and behind Doublegram Scribe's answers in Telegram groups. For Doublegram AI, it receives what you send to the bot (text, photos, files and the transcript of voice messages), your notes and settings, the instructions of your automations and, when you ask about them, the data of your groups and channels: profile and rules, statistics, posts, Security settings and log, and the messages read by Scribe. The bot's web searches and the web pages it reads also go through Anthropic. For Doublegram Scribe, it receives the question and what Scribe sends with it to answer: the group's recent messages, notes and settings. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Google Cloud Italy S.r.l. (Via Federico Confalonieri 4, 20124 Milan, Italy)Speech-to-text for voice messages in Doublegram Scribe and Doublegram AI, processed in the European Union. It receives the audio of the voice messages to transcribe; audio longer than 60 seconds is stored temporarily and deleted as soon as it's transcribed. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Google (Gemini API)Model that creates and edits Doublegram AI's images and stickers. It receives the description of the image and, when you ask to edit one, the photo you send. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Better Stack, Inc. (United States)Session replay of some site visits, in the cases described in section 3.5 of the Cookie Policy. It receives only the internal account number, never name or email. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data is sent to servers in the European Union; any transfer to the United States is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses.
5.1 Marketing and Advertising Measurement
When you accept analytics in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns (e.g. which ads bring users who then sign up or subscribe). We have configured Google Consent Mode v2: before your consent, Google receives only anonymous cookieless signals and does NOT set cookies or identifiers on your device.
IP addresses are anonymised before storage (anonymize_ip enabled). We have disabled Google Signals and data-sharing with other Google products. You can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie preferences in the footer.
6. Security and Retention
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption, access controls, audits, employee training and incident response procedures.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Account data may be retained until deletion or inactivity, transaction records may be retained for tax/legal compliance, and usage logs may be retained for service optimization.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
9. International Transfers and Regional Rights
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other recognized transfer mechanisms.
Specifically, when you consent to analytics, data collected by Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), to which Google has self-certified.
EU users may have additional rights under GDPR. California residents may have specific rights under CCPA. We do not sell personal information.
