Doublegram provides Telegram automation tools, bots and related services, including Telegram bot tools, automation software for channels and groups, AI-powered content features, analytics, growth optimization, marketplace access and subscription-based premium features.

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer subscription plans with different features, AI credits and limits. Subscription fees, renewals and plan rules are shown at checkout and in your account.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription from account settings and retain access until the end of the billing period unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for abusive, illegal, harmful or unauthorized activity.

6. AI Credits and Usage Limits

AI credits may be allocated according to your subscription plan or purchase options. Credits are used for eligible AI features and may reset according to the applicable billing cycle or product rules.

Device, group, scheduling, bot and feature limits may apply separately from AI credit balances.

All content, features and functionality of the service are owned by Doublegram or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used when you access Doublegram services.

9. Availability and Liability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates or technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doublegram is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

10. Termination and Changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts or access to services where necessary, including for violations of these terms.
