Talk to the AI With Voice Messages in Telegram
Send Doublegram AI a voice message, a video message or an audio file in Telegram: it turns it into text for free and answers in the language you speak.
Open Doublegram AITo talk to the AI with voice messages in Telegram, record one in the chat with @DoublegramAIBot, as you would with a friend. Doublegram AI turns it into text for free and answers it like a written message: a question, a post to write, an automation to set up. You pay only for the answer: 4 credits, 8 with the Max model.
How it works
- Open the chat with the bot and record a voice message: write a post for my channel about Saturday's meetup, every Friday at 6 pm publish the weekend's events in Weekend Hikers, or any question.
- The answer starts with what you said, after 🎙 and in quotes, so you can check the transcript. For a long voice message, it shows the beginning.
- The AI answers in the language you speak, unless you've set it to always answer in the language of the menus. See Standard or Max: choose how the AI answers.
Any language works: the transcription recognizes it by itself.
Everything works by voice
- Questions, with web search when they need fresh facts.
- Posts: say what to write and where, and the post arrives with its confirmation message, as with a written request.
- Reminders: remind me at 6 pm to call the printer: once you confirm, it arrives here in the chat at that time.
- Automations: say what, where and when, check the confirmation message and tap ✅ Create.
What you can send
- Voice messages, recorded in the chat or forwarded from another chat.
- Video messages, the round ones: the AI uses what's said in them.
- Audio files, such as a recording or an MP3.
Each one up to 10 MB. Ordinary videos aren't turned into text.
Forward a voice message
Got a long voice message in another chat? Forward it to the bot: the AI reads what was said and knows who said it. Then ask what you need: a summary, the dates and names mentioned, a reply to send back.
When a word comes out wrong
A transcript can get a name or a rare word wrong. The AI knows the text comes from a voice message and reads it with that in mind. If something important came out wrong, correct it in your next message, by voice or in writing.
If a voice message can't be turned into text, the bot answers The AI isn't answering right now: try again in a moment. No credits were used. Send it again, or write it.
What it costs
- The transcription is free.
- The answer costs like a written one: 4 credits, or 8 with Max. With too few credits left, the voice message isn't transcribed either.
- If the AI can't answer, or you stop it while it writes, no credits are used.
See How AI credits work.
Voice messages in your groups
Doublegram AI doesn't turn the voice messages of your groups into text: Doublegram Scribe does, for everyone in the group. See Telegram voice to text in your group. Where Scribe is in a group, you can also ask Doublegram AI in private about what was said, voice messages included: what did Marco say in his voice message this morning in Weekend Hikers?
