Telegram Posts With Buttons and Polls, Written by the AI
Ask Doublegram AI for a Telegram post with link buttons, a poll or an image, check it exactly as it will go out, change it with a tap, and publish it in your groups and channels.
Open Doublegram AITo make a Telegram post with buttons or a poll, tell @DoublegramAIBot what you need, for example a post for Weekend Hikers News about Sunday's hike, with a green button to the sign-up page and a poll on the meeting time. The AI writes it with Telegram formatting, sends you the post exactly as it will go out, and publishes it in your group or channel only when you confirm.
What a post can have
- Formatting: bold, italic and links, the way Telegram shows them.
- Buttons: link buttons under the post, one per row, blue, green or red if you ask. The AI writes up to 6; with 🔘 Buttons you can have up to 10. Give the link for each button: without one, the AI uses the Doublegram site as a placeholder and tells you.
- A poll: 2 to 10 options, anonymous, with one answer or several. It goes out as a second message right after the post.
- An image: one created for the post, or a photo, video, GIF, audio or file you sent in the conversation. One media per post.
- Several messages: up to 4 more after the first, when you ask for a series.
- One post per chat: when your chats need a different language or signature, the AI writes a separate post for each, up to 10, each with its own confirmation. Each post after the first costs 1 credit more, 2 with Max.
Telegram's limits apply: 4,096 characters for a text post, 1,024 for the caption of a photo or video. Beyond that, the bot tells you before, and the text goes out in a message right after the media.
Polls can also be made in the Telegram app, from the attachment menu with Poll.
Check and confirm
First comes the post exactly as it will look, buttons included. Under it, a confirmation message, 🪄 Post written by AI, with four lines: 📍 Where, 🕐 When, 🔘 Buttons and 📌 After it goes out, then what it costs and Check the post above, then confirm. The buttons:
- ✅ Publish now: it goes out, and the message becomes ✅ Published in Weekend Hikers News at 10:42. with 📬 See the post. Once a time is set, the button is ✅ Confirm and schedule.
- 📍 Change where: Where should it go? Tap one or more chats. Your groups and channels, 📍 Here, in private and your Discord webhooks; ⚠️ marks a chat where the bot can't publish. Then ✅ Done.
- 🕐 Change the time: see How to schedule posts.
- 🔘 Buttons: ➕ Add a button (the text on the first line, the link on the second), and for each button ✏️ Text, 🔗 Link, 🎨 Color (Normal, 🔵 Blue, 🟢 Green, 🔴 Red), ⬆️ Move up and 🗑 Remove.
- ✏️ Change text or photo: send the post as it should go out; 🗑 Remove the photo or video takes the media away.
- 📌 After publishing: Pin it when it goes out, and ⏳ Remove it after… 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week or ✏️ Another duration, from 5 minutes to a year.
- 💬 Ask in words: Write what to change. Write it (shorter, make the button red) and the AI rewrites the post: that's a new answer.
- ✖️ Cancel: ✖️ Post cancelled: nothing went out.
The buttons change the post in place, without AI and without credits. If you didn't name a chat, the message starts from the choice of where. It stays valid for one hour, then This proposal isn't valid any more: ask again.
Where it publishes
Doublegram AI publishes in the groups and channels where you added it or where you're an admin. In a group it can publish as a simple member and shows as the sender; in a channel it has to be an admin with Post Messages, and the post shows under the channel's name. When you have no group or channel yet, /start shows ➕ Add to a group and ➕ Add to a channel, which add it with the right permissions. See Add Doublegram AI to your channel or group.
Your own text, without the AI
Tap ✍️ Manual post under /start, or send /post, and the bot guides you in 4 steps, each with ◀️ Back and ✖️ Cancel:
- The post: Send the post as it should go out: the text, or a photo, a video or a GIF with a caption. Bold, links and emoji stay as you write them. No AI, no credits.
- Buttons: ➕ Add a button, or Next, no buttons ➡️.
- Where: one or more of your chats.
- When: 🚀 Now, In 1 hour, Tomorrow 9:00, Tomorrow 18:00 or 📅 Pick day and time.
Then a summary, ✍️ Manual post · ready, to check and confirm, with the same buttons to change it. After confirming, ✍️ Another post starts the next one. A manual post can't have a poll: for one, paste your text and write publish this as it is, with a poll on …, which goes through the AI and costs one answer.
What it costs
The post is part of the answer that writes it: 4 credits, 8 with the Max model. Each further post in the same answer costs 1 credit more, 2 with Max. An image created for the post adds 6 credits, charged when the post is made. Publishing, scheduling, the buttons on the confirmation message and your own posts are free; asking in words is a new answer. Once a post is out, you can still correct, pin or remove it: see Pin, edit or remove a post and How AI credits work.
