Doublegram AI Settings: Language, Time Zone and Privacy

Doublegram AI settings: the language of menus and answers, your time zone, how the AI answers, the notes it keeps about you, and what is stored and for how long.

Open Doublegram AI

Doublegram AI's settings are in /settings, or ⚙️ Settings under /start. There you choose the language, your time zone and how the AI answers, and you see and delete what it remembers about you. Conversations delete themselves after 30 days without messages.

What's in Settings

The screen opens with ⚙️ Settings and your time zone with the time there. Then one button per area, each changing the same message in place, with ◀️ Back to return:

  • 🤖 Model: Standard: Standard or Max. See Standard or Max.
  • 🎭 How it answers and 🧠 Memory and notes: see below.
  • 📣 Destinations: 2: the groups and channels where Doublegram AI publishes, and your Discord webhooks.
  • 🕐 Time zone and 💰 Budget: none. See Set a credit budget.
  • 🎨 Sticker packs: your own packs, part of Doublegram Premium (🔒 Sticker packs without it).
  • 🌍 Language: English.

Language

The menus speak English, Italian, Spanish, French and German. At first Doublegram AI uses the language of your Doublegram account, or of Telegram. Change it with 🌍 Language: English, the flags under /start or /language: the choice is saved in your Doublegram account, so the site and the other Doublegram bots use it too.

The AI answers in the language you write in. To have it always answer in the menu language, open 🎭 How it answers and tap 🌍 Answers: in the language you write in, which turns into 🌍 Answers: always in English.

Time zone

Scheduled posts, reminders and automations follow your time zone. With English menus it starts from UTC; with Italian, Spanish, French or German, from Rome, Madrid, Paris or Berlin time.

  • The first time you schedule something, the bot shows the time it assumes: 🕐 Times follow UTC time: now 08:40. If it's a different time where you are, tap the right one, and what you scheduled follows it too., with buttons for the times around the world.
  • From Settings: 🕐 Time zone shows Scheduled posts and automations follow this time: now … Tap the right time. Tap the time it is where you are, such as 16:05 · Rome.
  • In words: tell the AI where you live, for example I live in Milan.

When you change it and something is already scheduled, the bot asks 🕐 Still on … time: 2 scheduled posts. Move everything to … time? with Yes, move everything and No, leave it.

How it answers

  • 📏 Length: normal: each tap switches between short, normal and detailed.
  • 🟢 Emoji and 🔴 Formal: tap to turn them on or off.
  • ✏️ Personal instructions: reply to the message with how you want answers and how to sign posts, up to 1,000 characters. 🗑 Remove instructions deletes them.
  • 📌 Saved instructions (…): short recipes you call by name. See Saved instructions and notes.

They apply to the answers in chat and to the posts the AI writes.

What Doublegram AI keeps

  • Conversations: your messages and the answers, for 30 days after the last message, then deleted by themselves. A long conversation keeps its oldest part as a short summary. The numbers of your groups aren't stored with them: they're read again each time.
  • Personal notes: lasting facts the AI saves when you ask it to remember something, up to 30. They stay until you delete them: 🧠 Memory and notes → 📝 Personal notes (…), then the 🗑 button of each one, or tell the AI forget that…. Never ask it to keep passwords or card numbers.
  • Instructions: personal and saved instructions stay until you remove them.
  • Your chats: what each group and channel is about, its rules and the style of its posts, until you change them.
  • Posts: scheduled and published posts stay in /posts, so you can correct, pin or remove them. Drafts and cancelled posts go after 7 days.
  • Channel style: in channels where it's an admin, Doublegram AI keeps the text of recent posts for 30 days, to write in the same style. Tell it don't learn from this channel to stop.
  • Statistics: where a chat's statistics are on, messages, reactions, joins and leaves are counted with who and when, never the text. The numbers are visible only to the chat's admins. Switching them off stops the counting; the numbers already collected stay.
  • Credits used: what each answer cost, without its text, for your balance and budget.

Doublegram AI doesn't keep what people write in your groups. Where Doublegram Scribe is in a group, the AI can read the messages Scribe keeps, within Scribe's memory and rules, to answer that group's admins. It never posts anywhere on its own: only what you confirm, and the automations you created. For how Doublegram handles your data, see the Privacy Policy.
