What is the Doublegram Scribe Telegram Bot?

Doublegram Scribe is a bot you add to your Telegram group. Every voice message and video message sent there turns into text on its own, for everyone, for free. With Doublegram Premium the group also gets an AI that knows the chat: mention @DoublegramScribeBot and it answers.

What it does in your group

• Voice messages to text: voice and video messages become text a few seconds after they're sent, whatever the language. Audio files too, with /transcribe. See Telegram voice to text.
• The AI: mention Scribe or reply to it, even with a voice message. It looks through the group's messages, searches the web and reads photos and PDFs. See Ask Scribe in the chat.
• Catching up: /summary tells you what you missed, and only you see it. /tldr and /translate work on a single message. See Summarize and translate Telegram messages.
• Search: /search finds old messages in the group. See Search old messages.
• Reminders: ask in your own words, once or every week. See Telegram reminder bot.
• Secret messages: /pm sends a message in the group that only one member can see. See Send a message only one member can see.

Where it works

Only in groups, and only as an admin. It doesn't need any admin permission, just the role: without it, Telegram doesn't let Scribe see the voice messages and the chat. See How to add Scribe to your group.

In its private chat Scribe tells you what it does, lets you pick your language and helps you turn on Premium. That's also where it alerts you when someone sends you a secret message in a group. In channels it does nothing.

Free and with Premium

• Free: transcription (30 minutes a day per group), /search, /pm, automatic replies, /reminders to see and delete reminders, /memory, /forget and all the settings.
• With Premium: the AI and everything that uses it (answers, /summary, /tldr, /translate, reminders), 120 minutes of transcription a day, and a memory of up to 90 days.

Languages

Scribe's messages and menus are in English, Italian, Spanish, French and German. Transcription recognizes the language of each voice message on its own, and the AI answers in the language of whoever asks.
