Force Verification with /captcha on Telegram

Re-verify anyone already in your Telegram group. Reply to their message with /captcha — @doublegram_captcha_bot mutes them and posts a fresh Verify Captcha button. Cannot target bots or admins.

Normally @doublegram_captcha_bot runs on new joins in Telegram groups. The /captcha command lets admins manually trigger verification on someone already in the group — useful after a raid, suspicious posting, or account compromise.

How to use /captcha

  1. In the group, find a message from the target user.
  2. Reply to that message.
  3. Type /captcha and send.
  4. Captcha deletes your command message.
  5. Target user is muted and receives the standard Verify Captcha welcome flow from @doublegram_captcha_bot.
