In Telegram, @DoublegramScribeBot can parse multiple reminders from a single message. List each task and its time — the bot creates them all and shows a numbered summary.
How it works
When you mention several things with different times, Scribe's AI splits them into separate reminder entries. Each gets its own scheduled time and fires independently.
Example messages
- Remind me to email the client tomorrow at 9 and call the supplier on Friday at 2pm
- @DoublegramScribeBot create reminders: team standup Monday 10:00, send invoice Tuesday 15:00, review deck Wednesday 11:00
- Remind me X tomorrow and Y the day after at 3pm
- Set two reminders — water plants at 8am and pick up kids at 4:30
Tip: Be explicit about each time. Vague batches like remind me about everything next week may need clarification.
Confirmation format
When all reminders are created successfully, Scribe replies with:
✅ 3 reminders created!
Then a numbered list:
- 📝 Task one
🕐 Date and time - 📝 Task two
🕐 Date and time - 📝 Task three
🕐 Date and time
If only one reminder is created, Scribe uses singular confirmation: ✅ Reminder created!
Partial success
If some reminders fail (e.g. one time is in the past), Scribe creates the valid ones and lists errors for the rest under ⚠️ Errors. Fix the failed items and send an updated message.
Same rules as single reminders
- Timezone must be set — all times use your local zone
- Future dates only — past times are rejected per reminder
- Private chat — subscription required
- Group — mention Scribe + group premium
- Topics — all reminders in the batch are tied to the topic thread where you asked
Tagging in batch reminders
You can tag different people on different reminders in one message:
Remind Marco tomorrow at 10 about the contract and remind @sarah on Friday to send the slides
Scribe attaches the right @mentions to each reminder's notification. See Tag Users in Reminders on Telegram for details.
Quick reference
- One message → multiple reminders
- Numbered confirmation list
- Each fires separately at its time
- Explicit times = best results
