Use @DoublegramAIBot in Telegram Groups and Channels

On Telegram, you chat with @DoublegramAIBot in private, then publish results to groups and channels when you're ready. Add the bot with posting rights, link your Doublegram account, and use Share, Manual Post, or automations to publish.

@DoublegramAIBot on Telegram is designed for private chat — that is where you talk to the AI, run commands, and build content. Telegram groups and channels are where you publish that content: share a reply, schedule a post, or run an automation.

The bot does not read normal group messages for AI chat (Telegram privacy mode). You do not @mention the bot in a group to get answers — chat in private, then send output where you need it.

Chat in private

Open @DoublegramAIBot directly and send messages, photos, and voice notes there. Commands like /model, /credits, /prompt, and /clear only work in this private chat.

Add the bot to a group or channel

To post AI content to Telegram:

  1. Add @DoublegramAIBot to your group or channel.
  2. Grant permission to post messages (admin rights on channels).
  3. Link your Doublegram account in the bot so your groups and channels appear in destination pickers.

The bot registers the chat when added and keeps the title updated automatically.

Ways to publish to groups and channels

  • Share — after an AI reply, tap EditShare and pick a group or channel
  • Manual Post/start → create a one-off AI post and choose destinations
  • Automations — schedule recurring posts to groups or channels
  • Scheduled Posts/startScheduled Posts to manage timed publications

You can send to multiple destinations in one flow where the menu allows it.

Workflow: Draft in private chat → refine with Edit if needed → Share or schedule to your channel.

Discord too

Groups and channels are not limited to Telegram — you can also publish to Discord webhooks via Share, Manual Post, or automations. See Share Telegram AI Replies to Discord for webhook setup.

Credits

Generating content costs credits in private chat. Posting or sharing already-generated text to a group or channel does not double-charge for the same draft — credits apply when the AI creates or refines content.

Automations that post on a schedule charge credits on each run.
